ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS VACANCY

Looking for two members to fill vacancies on the Board. These meeting are held the second Wednesday of the month at 6:00 pm and typically last 1 to 1 ½ hours. This Board hears requests from residents and business owners to request a variance from the Zoning Ordinance requirements or to clarify a regulation or definition within the Zoning Ordinance. They may also have a resident come before them who disagrees with a decision of the Zoning Administrators.

In the past this Board may only meet 2-3 times within a year but are required by State law to meet a minimum of two times per year.
